Our first paper from work done at UniBonn is online at Organometallics! In “Varying Lewis Acidity, Covalency, and Halide Mobility to Govern Oxidative Addition Reactivity of Ni-Group 13 Bimetallic Complexes,” Schwartz et al. show and explain why a Ni-Al complex is much more reactive than the isostructural Ni-Ga complex. Congrats to all the authors, especially first author Tim and Dr. Hui Zhu from the Grimme group.
