Disposal of hazardous waste

Overview of the obligation to register when disposing of waste from July 10, 2015.

Experience has shown that the following waste is generated and therefore registration is guaranteed without any further action on your part:

Institute of Inorganic Chemistry:

• Rinsing/washing water, containing metal salts, acidic
• Equipment, inorganically chemically contaminated
• Equipment, organically chemically contaminated
• Equipment, cannulas
• Solvent mixtures, organic, group 3

Kekulé-Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biological Chemistry and LIMES:

• Rinsing/washing water, containing metal salts, acidic
  Equipment, organically chemically contaminated
• Equipment contaminated with ethidium bromide
• Equipment, cannulas
• Solvent mixtures, organic, group 3

All other types of waste will only be disposed of after prior notification!

All registrations will be considered, which will arrive at the department 4.1 two days before the disposal date until 12 a.m. by fax (73 - 5039) or E-Mail ( t.hannewald@uni-bonn.de).

Please use the form below to register. The types of waste that usually occur are already included in the form. If required, please enter any types of waste that are not listed yourself. The disposal guideline of department 4.1 provides an overview of the types of waste.
